What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (commonly known as CBD) is one of the main cannabinoid compounds found within the Cannabis Sativa plant. It is mainly derived from hemp, which is a separate and distinct strain of the cannabis plant than marijuana. Despite CBD being found in both hemp and marijuana, they are not one and the same.
CBD is also different from THC, the other main cannabinoid in cannabis, in that it does not produce psychoactive effects or create a high.
Instead, CBD has been found to have a wide range of benefits. That’s because humans have what’s called an endocannabinoid system, a network of receptors that use CBD. Many have found CBD to be an effective remedy for everyday life.
Our Process
Our process begins in Oregon, where our hemp is organically grown on our farms. The utmost care is put into cultivating the plants without the use of any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. That’s because we believe in only using sustainable and environmentally-conscious farming methods.
Next, the hemp is taken to our labs so that the CBD can be extracted, distilled and turned into oil. We use a CO2 extraction process in order to ensure that our oil contains the cleanest, purest CBD extract possible.
We use a broad-spectrum extract for all of our CBD oils. We feel that compared to CBD isolate and full-spectrum CBD, it contains the best of both sides as it preserves many beneficial compounds (terpenes, flavonoids, etc.) while also eliminating the THC.

Our broad-spectrum oil is available in three strengths (250mg, 600mg, and 1,000mg) and three great flavors (mint, citrus, and natural). It has a shelf life of approximately 12 months, and is always made to order. That means it will always arrive fresh to your door.

Suggestions
While the dropper is inside the bottle, squeeze the rubber end and release it to let it fill back up as far as it will go. This should fill up to around half of the dropper and give you a full 1ml dose of the oil.
For the best results, place one full dose under the tongue and wait 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Alternatively, it can also be mixed with food and drink. Take once or twice daily.
It is always recommended to talk to your doctor first before you start using CBD, in much the same way you would with any supplement to your diet. Their guidance should help with determining the best amount for you.
Storage
It is recommended that you store your CBD oil bottle in a cool, dark and dry place such as a pantry or cupboard. Exposure to excessive levels of heat, light, and moisture may cause evaporation and subsequent degradation of the oil, reducing its shelf life.
The same goes for any other CBD products that you might have.
If you choose to keep the bottle in a refrigerator, it may thicken and require heating before use. In that case, simply run warm water over the bottle for a moment. It is not advised to keep this product in the freezer, though.

This is the first time I’ve ever tried any CBD oil, Penguin is first..I honestly don’t see any big difference, calms me a tiny bit.I bought 1 fl Oz, 600 mg Citrus…can’t even get a full 1 ml in that dropper!! If it has to be closed to return…How does that work?? Makes no sense!! So I spent $108 for drops and 30 capsules, To me, not worth it!!
